What customization services do you provide?
We offer full customization for work vests, windbreakers, polo shirts and T-shirts, including logo embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, custom text/names, size adjustment and color matching.
What file format do I need to provide for my logo?
We recommend vector files (AI, PNG, PDF，JPEG) or high-resolution PNG files with transparent background. Our design team will optimize your artwork for free before production.
Can I order custom sizes?
Yes. Standard sizes are available for all items, and custom size measurements are accepted for bulk orders.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we have tiered pricing. The unit price decreases as order quantity increases. Contact us for wholesale price list.
What is your minimum order quantity?

What is the production lead time?
Shipment will be made within 48 hours and delivery will be completed in 4 to 10 days.
What if the products have quality issues?
If there is any quality defect or production error caused by us, we will provide free re-production or full refund, and bear the corresponding shipping cost.
Can I return customized products?
Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable if there is no seller-side error. Standard stock items can be returned within 7 days after delivery.
What should I do if I receive wrong or missing items?
Please contact our customer service with your order number and clear photos of the items. We will verify and arrange reshipment or refund as soon as possible.
